The Lookout Restaurant at Gray Monk will offer

European-inspired seasonal farm-to-table creations by

Executive Chef Maurice Desharnais. The restaurant will

open May 1st, 2019. Upcoming events include a Spring Okanagan

Wine Festival Chef's Dinner on Saturday May 4th and Mother's
